My Peace I Give You

Peace I leave you, My peace I give you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, nor fearful. John 14:27

The legacy Jesus left to his disciples and followers was His Peace. Not the world's peace but His Peace. We must fully grasp that this peace wasn't a temporary formality but a permanent and ongoing blessing available to all who call upon the name of Jesus.

Nothing can take this peace from us. Our circumstances, good or difficult, do not affect our peace because this peace is found in Jesus who lives in us. It is constant and never failing.

His Kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and His dominion endures through ALL generations. He is, and forever will be, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. We are to live unshaken lives in Him. Nothing, which means nothing, can happen that we cannot endure and overcome through Him.

The peace of Jesus must be the compass that guides us through every situation we encounter. Jesus is not caught off guard by what is happening globally and therefore, neither should we. We do not react to what is happening, but instead, we respond through peace.

Many things are happening in America and the world right now but do not fall prey to the enemy's tactics to take you out of peace (Jesus). Do not be entangled in the world's chaos but rather be focused on God's Kingdom affairs and what He is asking of you in this season. Stay in peace to be an effective warrior for the Kingdom.
